Area Sales Manager, South Sweden
Do you thrive in building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth?
If so, you might be the Area Sales Manager we’re looking for. You will play a key role in our continued growth. You will work closely with our customers, both end users and electrical wholesalers, with a focus on building long-term relationships, gaining trust, and driving sales forward. You will preferably work from your home office and travel regularly within southern Sweden.
Your main responsibilities:
- Actively approach and visit both new and existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Follow up and develop leads within your sales territory
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Manage pricing and agreements according to company guidelines
- Follow up on sales activities and ensure high-quality data in our CRM platform (Hubspot)

Sales Manager, Scandinavia
Are you ready for a new challenge? We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager for the Scandinavian market
Do you want to be part of developing an innovative company that helps industrial customers expand their business? Fibox Tested Systems (FTS) is now looking for a Sales Manager Scandinavia to take the business to the next level in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. You preferably live in Southern Sweden (preferably Malmö-Gothenburg area).
Fibox Tested Systems offers electrical and automation systems, including design, assembly, component supplier management, testing and logistics services. We already have a strong position in Finland and now want to meet the increasing demand throughout Scandinavia. Our customers include ABB, Sandvik, Wärtsilä, Metso, Vestas and Grundfos, among others. We have production facilities in Finland, Poland, China and India, providing excellent resources to support our global customers' operations.
About the role
Are you an expert in contract manufacturing and solution sales? As Sales Manager Scandinavia, you will play a key role in developing FTS' business and improving profitability in Scandinavia. You will work both strategically and operationally to identify new customers and business opportunities and strengthen the cooperation with existing customers. The current customer base provides a good foundation to get started quickly.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop existing customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Improve profitability and strengthen partnerships
- Prospect and evaluate potential customers
- Initiate and develop business with selected customers
- Developing the market
- Analyze market segments and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor competitors and implement market strategies
You will report directly to the FTS Managing Director in Finland and work closely with the international team to ensure success.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in solution selling and understanding of contract manufacturing
- Strong relationship builder with analytical thinking
- Passion for identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Fluent in Swedish and English, knowledge of other Scandinavian languages is an advantage
- Willing to travel within Scandinavia on business
