Crystal began her journey with Fibox in 2010 as a quality engineer. I’ve been fortunate to work with the Fibox Guangzhou team for 14 years, she proudly shares, reflecting on her long career with our company. Her passion for quality management and process improvement has led her to her current role as Quality Manager, where she is responsible for overseeing and continuously developing quality systems at the factory in China.

She notes that managing the supply chain is particularly challenging, requiring close collaboration with suppliers and extending quality control across every level of the production chain.
Keeping up with technological advances is also key. Crystal’s team leverages modern techniques, such as data analytics and predictive quality management. Technological advancements bring new demands and opportunities, so it’s crucial to stay updated and continuously enhance our skills, she adds.

Our goal is to improve the quality of our products, increase customer satisfaction, and optimize processes, she explains. Her vision includes expanding the quality management system, increasing employee participation, and deepening the analysis of customer feedback. Listening to the voice of the customer is essential for us. We see every piece of feedback as an opportunity to improve our products and services, she states.
